Singing by the lake

Krista had a free period since she was using the time turner and decided to take a trip to the Black Lake. She knew no one was there so she decided to practice her singing.

She sat down on a rock and looked out at the lake and started to sing.

Remus was walking around the Hogwarts ground with a book infront of his face. He walked down the grassy hill until he reatched the black lake, thats when he heard someone singing. He lowered the book to see who it was. Her singing voice made him smile for some reason, and then he quickly hid behind the tree beside him so that she wouldn't know he was there.

Krista took a deep breath and started her next song.

Remus smiled as he watched her sing from behind the tree. He leaned over a bit to get a better look at her and he tripped over one of the tree's roots and fell over, in clear view.

Krista heard someone behind her and gasped. She noticed Remus and blushed and started to run.

"Krista! Wait, im sorry", He called after her and slapped himself on the forehead.

Krista stopped and looked at Remus. "Uh....hi."

Remus shook his head and laughed. He picked his book off of the ground and stood up. "Yea. I was just... walking around Hogwarts grounds and reading when i saw you so i hid...and, then tripped", He said with a grin, but was blushing at the same time.

Krista blushed and nodded. "Uh...yeah, I had a uh...free period so I came down here....I don't like people hearing me sing." she said quietly and didn't look at him.

"Well, um... your good at it, just to let you know", He said quietly.

Krista laughed. "Thanks, but no i'm not....I don't think I am anyway."

Remus smiled. "Well, again, im sorry for interupting you", Remus said to her politely. Remus dusted off his robes that now had dirt on it from falling over as he opened his book back to the page he was on.

Reid walked to the lake and saw Krista. He ran down and lifted her up and twirled her around. "Hey hottey, haven't seen you since summer."

Krista blushed and screamed. "Reid Garwen put me down!"

Remus instantly narrowed his eyes at the Slytherin and bit his tongue to keep from commenting. He was filled with something he didn't experience normally: Jealousy.

Reid smirked and threw her over his shoulder. "Not unless you agree to give me something in return." he completely ignored the Gryffindor and tickled Krista with one hand while holding onto her with the other.

Krista blushed and pouted. "No, come on Reid put me down. Please?"

Remus rolled his eyes. He thought about what Lily Potter, and Sirius Black had told him. Then, he made a discision. "Krista, i have to go. Meet me in the Library later, ok?", He asked and then turned to leave.

Krista blushed and nodded. "Alright, I'll meet you."

Kayalynn saw the whole thing. "Seeeee I toooooooooooold you!!" she said and hugged her sister and kicked Reid. "You're an Idiot I hope you know that Garwin." She said laughing and shooed him away. "So you going to sing with me at the twins' party?" she asked hopeful.

Krista rolled her eyes and shook her head. "Nope."
