| Brooklyn was skipping dinner again and decided it was still to crowded in the common room. She ran to the quiditch pitch and silently cried in the dark stands. She brought her knees close to her body and rested her head on her knees. Brooklyn gently rubbed her dark mark and shuddered. She'd still have to see him at the meetings if he even bothered to show up. | |

| Zane was also sitting in the stands but when he saw Brooklyn he though this was a girl moment and he better not intrude | |

| Brooklyn looked over and saw Zane Carter. "What are you doing here? Everyone else is at dinner." She said almost coldly. She didn't care though, she needed to let some steam off. | |

| "I don't eat" Zane said sarcasticly. It might sound silly but it was partly true. He only was currently eating what he found in the forest. "Why arn't you at dinner?" he asked a bit of kindness in his voice. | |

| Brooklyn looked down and brought her legs closer to her stomach. "I haven't been eating a lot lately, I haven't been hungry." She said and pulled her cloak closer to her body. | |

| Brooklyn heard her name and looked up at her new adopted mother. Brooklyn held in a breath and prayed to Merlin that she wasn't in trouble for being out in the stands so late at night, she really didn't need a detention. "Uh, hello... mum." | |

| Brooklyn knew better than to tell her Adoptive mother about Xavier, but she could play it off as someone else. Brooklyn thanked Merlin that she was a great actress and started to cry into her adoptive mothers shoulder. "He... left... me... for... someone... else." She said sobbing. Brooklyn knew that half of her was really crying to her mother, something she never really got to experience thanks to the Order. | |
