Severus watched Catalina's bravery increase with Bellatrix, and he sighed in frustration. He didn't think that this would happen, but he should have been better prepared. After all, Bellatrix wasn't the friendliest.

"Watch it, Williams," he said slowly, getting up and meeting her eyes with a stance that told her not to question him. He laid a hand on her shoulder in an attempt to push her back down to the ground, weary of the girls' antics.

Belatrix put her hands on her thin hips as she glared at Williams from over Severus' shoulder as he stood inbetween the two of them. Belatrix stepped infront of Severus so that she was facing Williams again. She smiled a sour smile that spoke for her hate of the foul creature and punched her in the face. She smirked and turned her back to the veela, facing Severus, but she said nothing.

Catalina let out a shriek of pure fury as she lashed out at Bellatrix. She extended an elegantly deadly hand, and then as fast as lightning, she struck the sallow face of the Slytherin girl. Three scratch marks appeared on her face, bleeding down her cheek.

As if suddenly feeling the pain, Catalina reached up and touched her face, her nose was aching. But, she would not cry. Another flash of anger rippled through her body and she stood there, ready to tear Bellatrix to shreds.

She stationed herself, ready to pounce.

Severus was growing frustrated and he tackled Catalina to the ground before she did anything else. Certain he had a strong hold on her, he looked at Bellatrix and said, "Damn it, Bella! Why can't you just listen to me for once! She's a Veela! You should know better than to mess with their tempers!"

He turned back to the Ravenclaw, pointing his wand in her face, towards her broken nose. Episkey, he thought, watching as a jet of light flew from the tip and struck her in her porcelain countenance.

Standing up, and making sure that he was still in between then, he turned to Bellatrix and did the same. Episkey, he thought, pointing his wand at her cheek. Each girl instantly healed.

"Do not do that again," he whispered dangerously. He glared at Bellatrix warningly. She knew what he was capable of, and she knew she wasn't allowed to use an Unforgivable Curse on Hogwarts Grounds unless she wanted to be expelled and her being here was helping the Dark Lord immensely.

Belatrix walked a few steps away from Williams rubbing the blood off of her now-healed cheek. She glared at Severus but nodded, she didn't say a word about it. She would not take orders from him, but every now and then she needed to agree with Severus out of common sense.

"It seems I’ve forgotten that the airheaded creatures have tempers", Belatrix muttered to Severus before narrowing her coal black eyes coldly at Catalina. She wasn't going to waist her time with this Veela anymore. It was simply foolish and unheard of. Belatrix turned around and withdrew a breath to keep her own temper within herself. "Snape, ill meet up with you later", she growled, prepared to leave.

Belatrix had always treated others badly, because she had been raised that way, and because she was somewhat lost. She didn’t understand a lot of emotions and thoughts, so she transformed them all into anger, jealousy, and hatred towards anyone she had ever met. She liked to think highly of herself, because she knew that if she did, at least someone thought she was worth something in the cold world. Belatrix herself didn’t know this though; it was more of a subconscious intelligence.

Catalina growled, retorting, "You hypocrite! I can see in your eyes that you are easily angered, Black, so you are insinuating that you yourself are airheaded." She knew she had won, for a smile appeared on her beautiful face.

Glaring at the back of Bellatrix's head, she fought to pounce on her from behind, not caring if she got expelled for it.
